In 2000 werd Henk Hofstede gevraagd om een bijdrage te leveren
voor de Biennale in Lyon. Dit resulteerde in de videoinstallatie
The Portable House. Natuurlijk werd een aantal videofragmenten
begeleid door muziek. De soundtrack van The Portable House groeide
in het afgelopen jaar uit tot een op zichzelf staand project:
Het Draagbare Huis, Henk's eerste solo cd, volledig in het Nederlands
gezongen
In 2000, Henk Hofstede was invited to contribute
to the Biennale in Lyon. This resulted in the videoinstalation The
Portable House. Of course, some of the videofragments were accompanied
by songs. The soundtrack of The Portable House became a thing of
its own and and in the past year it developed into Het Draagbare
Huis,Henk's first solo album, entirely sung in Dutch
